We used them for the first time from a suggestion by a friend. Everything was very timely and quicker than we have been getting them from someone local. When they had questions about my notes, they reached out by email and phone to make sure the order was the way we needed it done. Had trouble getting shoe returned at first but turned out to be a postal issue Shoe Rite did a excellent job putting lift on my shoe and returned in a timely fashion postal service just seemed poor
I have been very pleased and happy with the shoes they have worked on. I have to add 3/4 inch lift, and they are perfect everytime. They are great to work with, quick to respond and very helpful with any questions you may have.
I had to resend a pair of shoes to get reworked due to error on my part, and they were nice enough to get everything perfect for me this time. Cannot thank them enough!!

I sent in 4 shoes and they came back very quickly, the lifts were very professionally done, color match was great! You can barely tell a difference. I need a 3/4″ lift on my right shoe and I’ve had several done at Step Rite and I have not been disappointed yet. They are very helpful in finding you a shoe from there stores or sending you a prepaid shipping envelope to send them a shoe you have already purchased. The quality of their work is very impressive!
